Our team building programs range from half day agendas through to three-day retreats.

All of our programs are designed to be extremely diverse in nature, from corporate team building activities based on a standard outcome modular designed teamwork games to more specific organizational development teambuilding interventions like raft building.

This we would classify under our adventure team building category more than team building games because of the unique way in which we have designed this program.

Nevertheless, the diversity is essential to keep the delegates on their toes as well as to keep them stimulated by the teambuilding ideas.

You can arrange a Free team building agenda through one of our professional and experienced teambuilding event coordinators which will be extremely varied in its design, include any technical conferencing sessions required, and yet be jam packed with the most awesome team building ideas.

We encourage that the delegates scenario be changed at least every 90 minutes, in order to avoid brain freeze, boredom, or counterproductive team building initiatives.

For this reason the team building games have to be carefully selected and placed to ensure relevance to any corporate technical discussions which are taking place.

Invariably the wide range of possible sessions will be a good mixture of exciting, indoor classroom exercises, light physical outdoor activities, practical and mental exercises and experiential or interactive processes.

All interactive team building sessions, whether physical or mental activities, can be fully debriefed in order to anchor the lessons learned and get input from the delegates.
